Akin Olawale is the President of FIABCI Nigeria, the Nigerian chapter of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation), which has had a distinguished presence in Nigeria for 54 years. He also serves as Vice President of the World Council of Managers at FIABCI International.

Akin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning brokerage, advisory, valuation, asset management, and market development.

He is a qualified Estate Surveyor and Asset Valuer, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

Having visited over 50 countries, Akin brings a strong global perspective to real estate practice, blending international exposure with practical local market expertise. He is frequently invited to speak at both international and local real estate conferences, industry summits, and professional forums, where he shares thought leadership on transparency, ethical standards, global best practices, investment structuring, and sustainable sector growth.
