Dr. Tony Aspire Kolawole is a distinguished business leader, real estate strategist, and corporate executive with over twenty years of experience driving growth, innovation, and institutional transformation across multiple sectors. Widely known as “Aspire,” he has established himself as one of Nigeria’s most influential figures in the real estate and business landscape.
He currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Vista Holdings Limited, a Lagos-based diversified conglomerate operating under the mandate of “Building Africa’s Institutions.” Under his leadership, Vista Holdings has grown into a multi-sector enterprise with ten active subsidiaries spanning real estate development, mortgage and cooperative finance, professional training, and agro real estate — making it one of the most structurally diverse real estate-anchored holding companies in Nigeria.
The Vista Holdings Group comprises BRG Network Limited, Tribitat Real Estate Limited, Landvest Intercontinental Limited, and several other subsidiaries across real estate, finance, training, and agro real estate. The Group’s recent acquisition of a licensed Microfinance Bank marked a strategic milestone in its expansion into regulated financial services, reflecting Dr. Aspire’s vision of building institutions that outlast individuals.
Prior to consolidating the Vista Holdings Group, Dr. Aspire co-founded and led Tribitat Real Estate Limited, transforming it into a recognized brand in Nigeria’s luxury real estate market. Through landmark developments including the Ambiance series, he pioneered innovative property ownership models that expanded access to premium real estate investments while delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments across strategic locations in Nigeria.
As Co-Founder of the Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG), Africa’s largest real estate brokerage and training network with over 100,000 active professionals across the continent, Dr. Aspire has championed professional development, industry collaboration, and cross-border investment opportunities. His leadership has facilitated international engagements and investment forums designed to connect global investors with emerging opportunities in Africa’s real estate sector.
Beyond his corporate mandate, Dr. Aspire is deeply committed to industry advancement and policy advocacy. He currently serves as Chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) Lagos Chapter — the statutory body representing licensed real estate developers in Lagos State — and as Housing Ambassador at the Africa International Housing Show (AIHS), Nigeria’s largest annual housing expo. He is also a Board Member of the AIHS @20 Housing Innovation Hub.
An alumnus of Lagos State University, Impact Business School, and Daystar Leadership Academy, Dr. Aspire holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) from the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) at Pan-Atlantic University, and an Advanced Professional Certificate in Real Estate Dynamics, Skills and Strategies from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom. He is a member of the London Real Estate Academy (LREA) and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
