Chude Kenneth Osiegbu is the Co-founder and CEO of Venco Africa, a leading Nigerian proptech startup that is reimagining community and estate management across the continent. With a career spanning over 15 years in enterprise technology and software development, Chude began as a Java developer and system architect, later transitioning into enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting. Prior to launching Venco, he co-founded Manqala Ltd, where he led the implementation of large-scale SAP systems for clients in Nigeria and the UK.
The idea for Venco was born from Chude’s personal frustration while living in a gated community in Port Harcourt, where manual processes made daily life inefficient. He began building a simple tool for estate management in 2018, which quickly gained traction across other communities in Lagos. Recognizing the opportunity to scale, he brought on a CEO and COO. Evolving the platform into what is now Venco Africa.
As CEO, Chude is the visionary behind Venco’s strategic direction and product evolution. He is a strong advocate for using technology to bridge infrastructure and trust gaps in African real estate. He has been featured in several founder interviews and has spoken at international proptech and real estate forums including WAPI Summit and Securex West Africa. Under his leadership, Venco has scaled its platform across three countries and continues to pioneer the integration of fintech, proptech, and data-driven community living in Africa.
Chude’s educational background includes a significant period at SAP UK, where he specialized in Profitability Analysis, Asset Accounting, and SAP Project Systems. Before this, in 2005, he developed expertise in SAP Managerial & Financial Accounting at Siemens Information Systems, Hyderabad.
